Posto Pilates was a long held vision of Celeste's, where working as a post production artist + pilates instructor came together. Both require a real passion for process, a deep understanding of lines, layering from a foundation, and how important it is to be in an inspiring environment. Together they provided a unique blueprint to build a studio that feels genuinely alive: warm enough to welcome a nervous first-timer, rigorous enough to humble an elite athlete, and human enough that people wanted to stay long after class ended. 

After years of teaching in so many spaces, and painting the backdrop of so many places - it all became a dream realized. Posto by definition is "a place." It's YOUR place. A space that feels like a canvas and the medium is your movement. You lose track of time, make lifelong friends, and giggle at every muscle quiver. Expert-led, radically individual, where our community feels inspired to move, not pressured to move.​​​
